The Green Door Storage website is owned and operated by Green Door Storage Ltd. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time.

By purchasing an item on this website and/or engaging with our company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Green Door may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those amended Terms and Conditions.

 
1. Intellectual Property
This website and the text and graphics, including, but not limited to images, logos and illustrations, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Green Door Storage. Such material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of Green Door Storage.
 

2. Currency
All prices on our Web Site are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
 

3. Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Green Door Storage does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
 

4. Links to other sites
Green Door Storage is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites that are linked to greendoorstorage.co.nz.
 

5. Space Size

Advertised space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. Spaces may be smaller or larger than advertised. Spaces are not rented by the square metre, and rent is not based on square metre measurements.
 

6. Paying Your Bill
We offer a range of options to pay your account without using your credit card, including by cash, direct debit and EFTPOS. We charge a fee for use of some options which incur higher administration costs for us. Green Door Storage, like many companies, imposes a fee for payment by credit card. If you pay your account using a credit card, we may charge you a credit card payment processing fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the account payment made and depends on the type of credit card you use. You can avoid this fee by paying by one of the other methods outlined above. To register or find out more about Direct Debit, talk to one of our staff.
 

7. Liability
This website contains information about the company and storage generally, including advice on how to store belongings and on how much storage space you might need. The website might also contain links or references to other websites or organisations. This information is provided as a guide for your information only and without knowledge of your particular circumstances. We do not accept liability for any loss you might suffer in reliance on any information, advice, links or references contained on our website.
